Work through the first import, edit dish names, and confirm every allergen decision.

Start with the printed dish name
Correct the name or description if the importer misread it. The restaurant’s wording is what guests will see.

Decide each allergen
The AI marks likely findings, but the restaurant team confirms or edits each allergen. An unreviewed suggestion must not be treated as a final restaurant answer.

Add safe swaps only when real
Suggestions are never selected automatically. Add a swap only when the kitchen can actually make it and write the condition guests should know.

Move through every menu
Use the menu selector during review to finish Brunch, Dinner, or any other imported service menu before publishing.
