Scan a menu in the iPhone app
Use the camera to compare a menu with your saved allergy profile.

Open Menu Scanner
Open the Food Allergy Options iPhone app and choose Menu Scanner. Allow camera access when iOS asks so the app can read the printed menu.

Frame the entire menu
Scan one page at a time in good light. For small text or a long menu, take separate scans rather than trying to fit everything into one image.

Check the source text
Compare the result with the printed menu. A scan can miss a line, a garnish, a second column, or an item hidden in a photo.
