Replace an existing menu
Update a seasonal or changed menu without adding duplicate dishes or clearing restaurant settings.

Open Replace menu PDF
Use the replacement action from the dashboard or menu editor. It loads the existing restaurant profile first.

Understand what changes
The selected menu’s current dishes, descriptions, and allergen details are replaced by the new import—not appended on top. Restaurant identity, profile settings, and other service menus stay intact.

Label multiple incoming menus
If you upload Brunch and Dinner together, each label becomes its own service menu. The first replacement updates the selected menu; additional labels create separate menus.

Review and republish
A replacement returns to draft review. Confirm the new dishes and kitchen details before publishing the updated guide.
